Our space has a green footprint: we use solar energy, low electricity consumption equipment, reforestation wood, we reuse shipping containers and we have a lot of green area!

Therefore, we invite you to participate in this idea! We ask that you turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the unit and we encourage waste separation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: Can I check in early?
A: If the unit is empty, yes. Otherwise, you can arrange to leave your luggage at the Villa.

Q: How do I obtain the main door and unit access passwords?
A: On the morning of your arrival (10am) we will send you a digital guide with all the necessary information.

Q: Is the internet good for working?
A: Guest feedback is excellent in this regard. We have a 1 GB fiber distributed through the units with a switch and gigabit cables.

Q: Do you have parking spaces?
A: We have 6 spaces for a total of 10 apartments, so you may not be able to park on the lot. The vacancies are uncovered and are in an open street, but they are lit, with surveillance cameras and there is a security company that makes rounds at night.

Remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If a problem arises we will do our best to act as quickly as possible, but please remember that no one is living on site.
