"Exceeded my expectations...I came from a 5 star resort and was VERY happy! The location was convenient and close to the heart of KL ( maybe a 10 to 15 min grab ride)The sheets and linens were as good as any 5 star resort and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! The entire staff treated me like a certified VIP! Would definitely recommend and stay again! I had the spiral staircase duplex ...Just FANTASTIC!"

"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay.
What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."
