"Tudo muito bom, funcionarios, conforto, comida e spa. Entretanto, so soube que o estacionamento era pago e caro na hora de fazer o checkin. Mas eles compensaram nos oferencendo uma noite de estacionamento de cortesia. "

"Room was immaculate and comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch. Breakfast buffet is very good. The spa is impressive and has everything you need for a day of relaxation. We’ve also booked separate treatments and the massage and facial were excellent. Location of the hotel is also great, literally steps from the Christmas market, the Casino and other attractions. Valet was not included but extremely efficient and took good care of the car. Easy and fast check in and check out. Two points for consideration: this being a 5-star hotel the water in the room not being included and charged apart is a bit ludicrous. And please make the hair dryer detachable from the bathroom wall. No one wants to dry their hair standing in the humid bathroom. 😂 All in all, a fantastic (and very relaxing) stay in Baden-Baden. "
