"The owners do not seem to use the VRBO app messages because we never got any response from them or any check/in instructions. Tried messaging multiple times. Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. "Very new hotel, with regular apartments and family bangalows (2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet). The heating in the bathroom was not operational but this hotel pleases us. Third time there. Nice breakfast. Kind personnel. "
