Room with a private bathroom in a single-family home

I’m renting out a 14-square-meter room with an adjoining 6-square-meter bathroom in the basement of my house. The room has a large window that lets in natural light, and the bathroom has a small window with a light well. Access is through the shared building entrance. The room is furnished with a new wooden bed, a TV, a kettle, a selection of teas, and instant coffee. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The furnishings are modern, and the floors are tiled. Both the room and the bathroom have underfloor heating.

There are three of us living in my house, which is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Neuhausen, a neighborhood of Königsfeld. You’re welcome to use the parking spot right in front of the house and relax in our beautiful, large garden. We also have a cat.
The town center of Königsfeld is 3 km away; as a spa town, it offers many amenities such as restaurants, cafés, small shops, parks, mini-golf, an outdoor pool, a sports park, and a supermarket. For guests staying two or more nights, a visitor’s tax of 1.50 euros per person per night applies.
On Mondays and Tuesdays, only late check-in is possible (usually starting at 8:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., respectively).
