"Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ...

"This place was absolutely perfect. Perfect location. Beautiful and simple. Parking was a breeze, and check in was the easiest we’ve experienced. It is listed above a bar, but honestly it wasn’t a bother! Everyone was very kind. The only reason I gave a 4 rating is because you’re on the second floor and you can hear EVERYTHING from the third floor. Walking, talking, etc. You could hear more from the 3rd floor than you could the Bar. Never the less, we will stay here again and pray no one is...
