Pitti and Giardino della Fortezza Apartment!

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Piazza Indipendenza, in the center, but outside the ZTL.
It is a very comfortable place to stay, as you quickly arrive at the Santa Maria Novella station (less than 10 minutes on foot) and it is a stone's throw from the Fortezza da Basso where Pitti takes place and where they do many events.

The famous Central Market is located a short distance away, very characteristic with every type of product and with corners where you can taste typical products and dishes.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building, without a lift.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, each with its own bedroom to ensure greater privacy.

In 80 square meters of available space, the house remains silent as it overlooks a quiet street on one side and on the other towards the internal courtyard.

Kitchen. Dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses.
Living room. Sofa, television, split air conditioning,
Bathroom. Shower box, toilet and bidet, hairdryer.
Bedrooms. A double bedroom with split air conditioning, a double bedroom and one with two single bunk beds.
Other services available to guests. Free Wifi, iron, clothesline, clothes hanger and internal storage room. Balcony with access from the kitchen.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 23:00 and 24:00 >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.


From the apartment you can reach the Duomo in less than 15 minutes on foot, passing through streets and alleys full of shops and restaurants. The liveliest and closest street is Via Nazionale, full of shops of all kinds and not too expensive.

Occasionally, one Sunday a month, the Antiques market is held in Piazza Indipendenza .. outdoor stalls with furniture and objects from the past.
All points of major tourist interest are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
Many private car parks in the area, but the most convenient one is on the side of the Fortress.
Under the house an excellent bakery, bar, pastry shop.
Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity: Le Fonticine in via Nazionale and Zazà in Piazza del Mercato.
