A shared garden with hammlock, chairs and table to have outside your lunch, dinner, breakfast, a large bedroom with a table, a very well furnished kitchen and another room with a sofa bed will keep your staying in Florence an unforgettable experience. Very close to the tramway stop "Statuto" it is at one stop from Fortezza and Centro Congressi and all the monuments of Florence. You can walk to the center of the city or take the new tramway (one or two stops).
Outside in the street there are several free parking.
The owner, living at the upper floor, is at your disposal if you want to learn to cook some Italian food (she has been a cook).
