The Space:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building without a LIFT, it is not wheelchair accessible. There are 58 steps to enter the apartment. While it is in an amazing location, it is the best for people who are healthy and fit.



The apartment is in a prime location, just a couple of blocks to the famous and stunning Santa Croce Cathedral and piazza. (Santa Croce is the resting place of Michael Angelo, Dante, Galileo among many others). The square is home to many festivals and markets year-round and is surrounded by restaurants and coffee bars. In addition, the space has a lovely view of Borgo Allegri the street and is high enough to see a lot of the charming red roofs of Florence.



This very central location is just a few walking minutes away from the main attractions of the city: the Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria, Ponti Vecchio, and the Uffizi.



The apartment is equipped with:

- Smart TV,

- a mini fridge, sink and hot plate. In the US we would call it a kitchenette.



The apartment has all new windows and doors. The bedroom which is separate has a queen size bed and has a completely renovated bathroom attached.
