Borgo San Jacopo - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Finely furnished refined apartment in a central location. It is located on the second floor of a typical historic Florentine building with an elevator, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.   It can accommodate up to 2 people.   It consists of a bedroom with a double bed. It has a large bathroom with shower, elegant living area with dining table, kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with wifi connection and washing machine.   A set of towels and bed linen available to each guest. Located in a dynamic and lively neighborhood, within walking distance of major tourist attractions.   Close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. You can park in a private garage nearby.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
