"Rode my bike 77 miles in the heat to this place including 1.5 miles up a very steep hill. I was sweaty and tired. How nice to meet Xander who not only patiently checked me in but offered me a water... the elevator was fast, the room spotless, and laundry efficient. It was nice they had a limited beer selection. I was disappointed the fridge was off, but my wife suggested using the ice bucket to keep the beer cold and it worked. My biggest disappointment was no food within walking distance and...

"We enjoyed our stay and if your cooking - no need to bring anything - Fully stocked kitchen. The pool is in walking distance of the home ! Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play for adults and little ones . Wrap around porch with many tables - 2 comfy screened in areas up stairs and down stairs ! If you can't handle making ice from trays - bring your own ! We only stayed for 2 days so we were able to survive .. Berkeley Springs town within 6 miles - has a new restaurant called Vine Trattoria...

"We spent a long weekend at this Berkeley Springs retreat, our second visit in 2024. As before, we found the house to be comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, and appliances. The conversation pit in front us the fireplace is a particular favorite with this property. We hope to visit again in 2025."
