"There was a small issue with our stay and when I called up the property owner, she was absolutely amazing. She worked every possible angle to try and fix the issue. Even though we didn't come to a resolution, she was fair and extremely generous with her time. As for the property itself - very cute and comfy. I wish that it had worked out. Maybe next time!"
