They didn’t care. Third the TV in our room didn’t work - again didn’t care. Fourth the laundry. I washed my clothes they were still dry! I talked to management only to get insulted. Then was informed if I didn’t want to use their machine I can walk to the laundry mat. Fifth no service for the room -...

"The breakfast area was way to small.. Guests had to wait for a very long time to make waffles. I suggest for them to get more hotel carts. They only had two and Guests had to wait for those as well. The a/c was controlled you couldn't make the room cooler. The wall paper in the room was coming down. The hot water was not hot so it also was controlled. The pool should stay open til 10pm like all the other hotels."
