"Fabulous winter stay at The Cosy Retreat. A lovely apartment which was cosy and warm on a cold December week. The thermostat was easy to use and the place heated up so quickly. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the pub which serves food all day and also a few minutes walk from the swimming pool/sauna/steam room which we used every day. The apartment is a five minute walk from the bus stop and so we used the bus to visit Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough, rather than driving and we found...

"A lovely cottage as described in the listing.A little disappointed there’s no welcome pack but there’s a shop on site for essentials.There are lots of lovely grounds to walk your dog. .We used the pub the food was lovely, can recommend.We went to the beach, from the cottage it’s a fair walk down a step slope.The views are fantastic and the beach was excellent,the walk back up the hill could be an issue if you are with young children or older family members, that said there were lots of people...

"We had a brilliant stay, the flat was perfect for our needs. It was spotless clean and we found it to be comfortable and cosy. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, it’s extremely well equipped. Excellent WiFi. Parking just outside. It’s well located in the complex, close to the pub and leisure facilities. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be staying there again."
