The home is beautiful and very clean! One of the nicest places my wife and I have stayed in from VRBO. Pictures are accurate. We stayed in the bedroom on the main level, bed was comfortable, and fabulous master shower! They have a Traeger Grill but I did not use. The living room has cable TV which is a first! This home has lots of big windows. Very clean and spaciousEnjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor lighting! Cozy and warm fireplace in the living room!

Place was great, our second stay, cozy place with den for pool/ pingpong and a backyard with a Jacuzzi. They have a bunch of board games and puzzles and they allow dogs for a extra charge, they just ask that you keep them on the main floor (hardwood) they also have a large kennel to use if needed. All pictures are accurate

This place needs higher than a 5-Star rating! The place is beautiful, perfectly maintained and they are fully stocked with everything you could ever need. It is truly the BEST rental we have stayed in. The host responds promptly and is very professional. Wish we had more time there.

This is an amazing property that sits right next to an excellent view of the Ponderosa Pines the reside on the hillside next to the home. I came for the peace and quiet and in the afternoon was met with views of wildlife frolicking in the trees. It was perfect for my tranquil vacation, and so close to Flagstaff where I hiked and enjoyed some activities. The hot tub under the pines was my favorite amenity, but being able to bring my two family pets with me made it far more enjoyable. They even allowed Milo who is considered a big dog at around 65 pounds. That was one of my deciding factors as to why I stayed in this home, within Kachina Village, as most pet-friendly homes only allow small-medium dogs. The beds were very nice and comfortable and the decor was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!!

The property was perfect for our family, including my in-laws. Our group of 6, plus our dogs, was comfortable and had plenty of room to enjoy our time together and the incredible weather in Flagstaff this time of year. Although it feels remote, all the amenities of Flagstaff are just a short drive away (10-15 on average). We took advantage of Fort Tuthill Park as well as many of the incredible hiking and mountain biking trails available directly from the neighborhood, Kachina Village! Everything we needed to feel at home was available within the cabin, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful during booking, check-in, and post-stay. I highly recommend visiting this cabin and would love to stay here again in the future.

The house is in a neighborhood setting, but buried within trees so you definitely feel somewhat secluded which is nice. The house was very well taken care of and felt very homey. They definitely put some good thought into the layout when it comes to decorating and room usage. The backyard area was a good space for my two dogs to be able to have some fun outside and is accessible through the garage, which was nice because I was able to keep the dogs off of their leashes during the stay. Getting a hold of the property manager was super easy, and he was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things that I would have changed, 1) the driveway is pretty narrow and next to a big drop off which was a little freaky pulling in/out at night because the lights from the house don't illuminate the long lane way, and 2) I would have loved to have stayed longer. I will definitely be checking this properties availability on my next trip to Flagstaff.

Accomadating

Was a very nice cabin very roomy and accomadating. Had everything we need to make dinners and breakfast there instead of going out to eat. Very convienent. The only thing is the listing did not say anything about not letting dogs on furniture or beds we found out that day of our arrival. We had a hard time not letting her on the furniture because shes so used to being on our at home. Other than that it was a great stay.

One of the cleanest and most organized of any VRBO we’ve rented. Everything was labeled and they didn’t use heavy fragrance or harsh detergents. They also had an easy check in/out experience. The Gracias Inn had games, was in a beautiful location and had all the tools (kitchen, linens, electronics etc.) needed for a nice getaway from the city. The cabin felt like it was in the forest with a lot of privacy but still only 15 minutes from town with a good selection of restaurants. Lovely home, thank you.

Cozy Cabin in Great Location

We stayed here over the holidays with our two teenage kids. We all loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had so much fun playing ping pong tournaments. We used the hot tub after a day at the ropes course. The location was close enough to downtown flagstaff to go out to eat and watch the pine cone drop on NYE, but still remote enough to feel like we were in the mountains. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Cabin in Kachina Village

Quiet getaway in the pines

We had a nice stay at this cabin in Kachina. It was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to all things and activities in the area of Flagstaff, Williams, Sedona etc.

Arizona in the mountains

Beautiful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the Gracia Inn-Luxury Cabin. All of the rooms had plenty of space and storage. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs game area was a hit with everyone. Our family of 5 (50 somethings and young adult children) enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was very private and in a great location -we visited Flagstaff, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The host was very responsive and quickly responded to any question or request. We would stay again for sure.

Clean comfort in the pines - would def stay again

Clean, organized, professional, had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the downstairs game room. Pool/ping pong table, TV, Nintendo system, board games - we took full advantage of all of them. Also loved the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and Traeger grill. Everyone had what they needed and wanted and we had a very relaxing weekend. We were all adults, but I saw many thoughtful items to care for babies and young children, including a car seat. Looks like they thought of everything Would definitely stay again!

Christmas getaway

We live local in the valley but wanted to get away to the mountains. The weather was rainy outside so we ended up spending a ton of time inside playing games and enjoying the cabin amenities. It was clean and offered more than expected. They responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Would stay again

great cabin type feel in the woods

great trip to kachina village, unfortunately no snow but the rental was very nice and decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch, we had a small issue with the fire place which was handled promptly by the management company. House was clean beds where comfortable. nothing bad to say at all. thank you for sharing your home

Best Mountain Getaway

Stayed a little under a week. This place was perfect for my kids. There were a couple of amenities that didn’t work like the kitchen lights or the fireplace but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. The basement was perfect for kids to play and watch movies. All windows had nice curtains to block the sun and keep it dark. Neighborhood was perfect. Will be back or someday buy a cabin in the neighborhood.

Perfect retreat among the treetops

We loved the main floor Primary BR with rooms upstairs for the kids. The hot tub and ping pong table were a hit, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Hosts were very communicative. Highly recommend! We were able to visit Sedona, Grand Canyon and Williams in three days while staying here.
