This 3300 sq foot newly remolded home is perfect to get away from it all.4 bedrooms 2.5 baths Sleeps 16 has a guest house if you want to add more people.3300 sq feet, game room two living rooms, huge deck. great views. Super private yet close to town and snow bowl! Craig. Perfect location for trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Sorry no events allowed! We do charge based on how many people staying. This place is super clean!! Great location, perfect amount of space. Host was responsive and excellent. Garage access was very helpful in the snow. Pool table and arcade was a hit with the kids. Great kitchen with plenty of room to cook and big dining room table for family meals. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!!

House well equipped. Overall a great house. The arcade games and pool table were a nice touch. Some feedback - master bedroom mattress needs replacement - sags. Sheets were not big enough to fit the bed. The bath mats outside the tub were not rubber backed.

We stayed at the cabin for a Christmas getaway, and it was perfect for our group. The space comfortably accommodated everyone, and the kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook meals together. The cabin was spotless, and we really appreciated the abundance of extra linens and towels. Overall, it was a cozy, fun, and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully tucked away in the pines—a peaceful retreat on the edge of Flagstaff. It was very well stocked with linens and kitchenware, making it easy to settle right in. We were blessed with a mix of gentle showers followed by perfect fall weather, with the golden aspens at their peak—absolutely stunning. The host was very communicative and provided prompt responses, which made everything smooth and easy. The only downside was the master bedroom mattress, which could really use replacing. Otherwise, a fantastic getaway spot!

The house was in a perfect location, not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get where you wanted. Very close to the Flagstaff activities, close enough to the south rim Grand Canyon for a day trip and many, many trails nearby to explore. Dark skies at night to look at the stars as well as quiet and peaceful. The pool table and old school (old, old school ) video machine where also big hits!

Enjoyed this property during Labor Day weekend to escape the Phoenix-area heat. Ample space for the entire family with upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Kids loved the "vintage" video game, but also loved being outside playing in the dirt. Everyone said it felt like camping, but in a house because you are surrounded by nature. Saw lots of squirrels and deer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a stunning Flagstaff location! Check-in was super easy and Craig was an amazing host. The house was spotless, fully stocked, and had so many cozy spots to relax. Everything we needed was there. We loved every minute and can’t wait to stay again. Highly, highly recommend this perfect getaway!

Beautiful home and the location was perfect. Loved having the house amongst the trees. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the tall grass. Very close to snowbowl and many hiking trails. We would stay here again.

Fun Family Trip in a Beautiful Setting

We really enjoyed our family time at the Spirit Hollow Retreat — the cabin is tucked away in a peaceful setting and has a lot of great features like a pool table, arcade game, and modern appliances that made our stay fun and convenient.That said, I do feel the listing could be more accurate regarding the air conditioning. It’s advertised as air-conditioned, but there are only two portable A/C units upstairs and no cooling downstairs. There’s no central air, and we ended up needing to purchase extra fans to make it more comfortable. One of the upstairs bedrooms also had a broken ceiling fan, and the screen door was ripped, which made it hard to get airflow without letting bugs in.The deck area was another downside — it was quite dirty when we arrived, and some of the furniture was ripped. A portion of the deck was also broken, which raised safety concerns, especially with kids around.That being said, the host was truly awesome — super accommodating and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and that made a big difference. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was beautiful and quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I just think the listing should be updated to better reflect the amenities and condition of the property to help future guests plan accordingly.

Nice getaway in the Pines

This is a cabin tucked off of Hidden Hollow. We enjoyed the location amongst the trees and it’s only a short 10min trip to town. We found the area very quiet and peaceful and enjoyed just sitting outside with great weather. We were looking to get away from the busyness of life and take a break, and this place delivered. The main living area, master bedroom, and kitchen are on the second level, so you do have to take everything up the stairs. (It was fine for us.) We did not use the lower level. But as others have commented, the master bed was way too soft and we found it uncomfortable. A lot of the outside furniture needs to be replaced (the weather has taken its toll) but there are some chairs by the fire pit that were fine that we used. Otherwise, this was a nice place to just relax outside and take in the nature and the calm. We really liked the location and that it was on a couple of acres. There are hiking trailheads just up the street that we walked to, which was nice. The host is great, quick to respond, and very nice and easy to deal with, which I definitely appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The location was lovely, the directions were accurate, had no issues accessing the home. The home is in need of some repairs/updates. I communicated with the host (after the stay), but did not receive a response, so not sure if these are things he is already aware of. The most pressing issue is lack of a/c. There are 2 portable a/c units, but some of the windows are difficult to open making setting up the portable units for temporary use not practical. Temp was 80 in the home when we arrived.

Great location

The property location was perfect and we loved the outdoor fire pit. If you continue down the road to the right you will come to a small parking area where you can get out on some trails. The video game and pool table was a nice benefit for our competitive group :). There were a few minor issues, but the host was very responsive. My only negative from our stay was the master bed being soft, but that could just be preference. I would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The highlight was definitely the property itself—there's a huge backyard that was absolutely perfect for playing in the snow. Whether it was snowball fights, building snowmen, or just running around with the kids, we had plenty of space to enjoy the winter wonderland.The cabin was warm, clean, and super comfortable—exactly what you'd want after a day outside in the cold. Waking up to snow-covered trees and watching it fall from the big windows was such a peaceful experience. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle yet close to all the restaurants and fun you can find. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy nature, have space to play, and still be cozy indoors, this cabin is it. The game room was a huge hit with everyone when we werent outside. We’re already talking about coming back next winter!

Holiday ski weekend

This house was perfect for 6 of us. It was everything we expected and more. The location between Snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff was amazing. Thank you for an incredible long weekend stay!
