Lovely New Home in the North Woods

Home is located just off the historic Route 66 in the beautiful and quiet housing development Presidio in the Pines. There is a wonderful park for children that includes a basketball court across the street. House is perfect for reaching many nearby attractions ā€“ it is just a few miles west of historic downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University and the North Pole Experience, just 20 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, 30 minute drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, and only a 90 minute drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park.

You will love the open concept first floor that features a dining table that seats 8 (with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar), a couch and love seat nestled around a gas fireplace, and a den that has a comfortable leather futon that folds out to a queen size mattress plus a desk and chair for any work that you might need to accomplish while visiting.

The kitchen has coffee-brown cabinetry, granite counter tops, and everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal. It comes equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker.

On the second level, you will find three spacious bedrooms with two full baths. The master bedroom has a King upgraded bed attached to a large ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom provides bunk beds (twin over full), the third has a Queen upgraded bed. Every room provides plenty of cupboard and closet space for your belongings. There is a full bath located in between the two bedrooms as well as a utility room with full sized washer/dryer.

Outside we have a small gated backyard that features a grill, patio dining and chairs and a fire pit. In the front of the house we also have a porch with a bistro table and chairs.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishsoap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with:

Family Wedding

Stayed with family members for a family wedding. Place was great very well appointed and pretty. Loved the convenience of the location it was easy to get to all of our events all over Flagstaff. My only suggestion would be at least one full length mirror, .

Very nice.

The house was clean, well stocked with amenities, the only reason for not giving 5 stars was the shower in the guest bathroom upstairs didnā€™t drain well,and the beds were way too soft for our liking,other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful jumping off point for AZ adventure

The home is spotless with everything you could want for a family vacation home base. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon and the great hiking in Sedona. Grocery stores and restaurants 5 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect!

Great Place

We had a great time - this place is very big compared to others - plenty of room for family of 6. Some of the older reviews said it wasnā€™t as clean, but it was spotless while we were there, either they changed their cleaner or someone had bad luck because we were very impressed. The host was responsive and actually let us know when the cleaners were done so we could get in a little earlier than normal which was perfect for us. Plenty of dishes for 6 people. King bed was very comfy - the bunk bed made some noise according to my daughters but everyone slept well. I would go again.

Great weekend getaway

We came up from PHX with our two young daughters and my parents visiting from Boston. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (even 3 kids if needed). Very clean, lots of space. The hosts were great. Quick responders. House was exactly as pictured. There was even a slight incident with previous renters and Kate left us crumbl cookies as an apology. Overall 10/10 stay! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

This property was hands down the cleanest VRBO weā€™ve ever stayed in! Every detail in the listing description was perfect and I was very happy with the location! The beds were also the MOST comfortable weā€™ve ever slept in, to the point where we had to figure out the brand so we could purchase them for our home! November Anniversary Vacation

The home was well maintained and extremely clean. We were there the first week of November and Flagstaff turned cold and snowy. No issues with the heat at all the first couple of days when it wasnā€™t needed. However, the last day of our stay turned cold and each time I would try to adjust the heat, it would change back to the set schedule but then it didnā€™t follow the schedule of 70ā€™degrees at 6:00pm. I am assuming heat was being controlled remotely, so didnā€™t notify owner. We were chilly but not unbearable, just little disappointed that somehow a battle was going on with the heat on a cold day with temperatures in home at 63-65. Other than that, home was very clean and accommodating. Would stay again most definitely!

Fantastic Rental

My wife, 6 year old son and I stayed at this rental and it was perfect. The unit is located directly across from a neighborhood park with basketball, playground, large grassy area and dog park. It was great going over there in the mornings/evenings to play as a family. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10-min drive. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to texts. The only improvement I would recommend was to update the book in the home that listed all of the home amenities. There was some outdated items in there that made it confusing at time (wifi password, access to cable TV), but Kate responded quickly to my questions. Cozy beds, well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows. We will stay here again!

Great Home

Home was very clear and organized, kitchen had everything you could need and was labeled for easy location. Check in was easy and very clear. Check out was great only had to start dishwasher and tidy up the home. I loved that I didn't have to worry about stripping the beds and what load of laundry needed to be started. Very Thank for that!

Great location - just as described

The house was a perfect location for our trip north to the Grand Canyon or south to Sedona. Having a garage was a nice bonus. The playground across the street was great for the kids. The place was just as described and communication with owners was easy and very quick. We would recommend this place for anyone else and would stay at the location again.

Wonderful Place!

This is a great home. Kate was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The home is closely located to all of the convenience that Flagstaff has to offer. It was about 1-hour drive to the Grand Canyon. We fully recommend a stay at this home.
