The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and has a cozy living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The holiday apartment also offers a terrace and parking is available directly at the house.

Located on a high plateau about 500 meters above the Upper Inn Valley, the Serfaus Fiss Ladis holiday region is a perfect holiday region. The 3 villages are located at the foot of the Samnaun group in the Upper Court and, with over 2000 hours of sunshine per year, are among the sunniest regions in Tyrol.

In winter, the Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski area offers 214 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and 38 modern lifts and facilities, 30 kilometers of cross-country ski trails and a 22-kilometer-long cross-country ski route. In summer, this ski area becomes a hiking and mountain biking area. In winter, the ski bus takes you from your front door directly to the ski area. The heated ski depot right by the lift costs € 4,00 extra per person per day.

In summer, the Super Summer Card is available for a fee including mountain railways, hiking bus, mini-maxi club, Murmli club and much more. Please note that if you would like to use this guest card, you must contact the house owner before your arrival report. He will send you the link to pre-reserve the guest card. From summer 2024, the Super Summer Card costs 6.00 euros per day for adults and 3.00 euros for children.
