"The property is very nice. It looks like a quaint family cottage with a newer large addition. Everything worked perfectly and the views are gorgeous. Lakeside is on Sand Bay, and a few hundred yards in front is Riley Bay. Water on two sides. Property is within 15 minutes of our two favorite boat ramps to fish the Sturgeon Bay Area. "We enjoyed the comforts of the cottage, s'mores at the fire pit, exploring North Bay, and equal distance drives to Bailey's, Ephraim, and Sister Bay. Smooth checkin and checkout. Needed minimal communication with host because their info sheet was great. 👍"

"We rented the Eagles Nest as a couples get away but it can actually sleep five (inc kids). Perfect location, blocks from the water but in a private wooded lot on three sides. No visual neighbors. Upper back balcony perfect breakfast spot for two. Clean, everything worked well, good wifi, good shower pressure and this place cost less for the whole cottage than a hotel or condo. Privacy for couples (or small families!) — We’d definitely rent it again."

"The pros:Check in was extremely easy and it was communicated perfectly on how to access building. We had a large group and the house was able to fit all of us and they were super cool about the additional members. I very much appreciated that. The house appeared to have everything we needed. We could not locate washer and dryer because usually during my stays I leave the house fully clean and I do the linens and towels and I wasn’t able to do that but the description stated there was a washer...

"This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!"
