"The room wasn't very clean. There was small debris on the floor and M&M's in the corner of the closet area. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. The "grab and go" breakfast could use a little upgrade. The coffee was good. We will probably stay there again when in Spanaway "

"Giving 4 stars to staff because front desk double charged me for the room. Room was prepaid and a few days later I noticed they billed my credit card again. Had to call to get it refunded. Otherwise I would stay again. Even though it’s connected to a casino, there are separate dining options without having to go in to the casino. Love the fact that there are so many options to telework from hotel from the hotel lobby, elevator lobby, and room. "

"The property needs an update. They were updating the interior walls, but the furniture is old, the entire place felt old, but was clean. Friendly staff. Safe environment. The bed was comfy & comfy pillows, 5 stars for that, which is super important. I had a good night sleep."

"Our stay was short, and definitely sweet which a big thank you goes out to the staff. Especially Connie at the front night desk. We didn’t see many day time staff because we were gone all day but the room was tidied up while we were gone which was helpful as well as the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. God Bless. Thanks again"
