"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. "Nice room, but housekeeping knocked and immediately entered my room at least 3 hours prior to checkout, which was a bit invasive. The only shower I had there was freezing cold, as they said they were having some plumbing issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Great location with wonderful views of Seneca Lake. Large rooms, quiet, but bed and pillows were too hard for us. Were told beforehand that the restaurant would not be open, but it actually was, did not eat there. Okay continental breakfast, decent coffee. Good spot if you’re on the wine trail."

"Parking Parking Parking. This is a real problem that could easily be resolved by Hotel Management. It is insufficient and we and many others had to circle and circle without any hope of a space. When I let the Front Desk know of the issue they were aware and then gave me a parking permit for nearby parking behind the hotel. THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT CHECK-IN! Very frustrating.
