Ryan said it was booked solid and they can't guarantee early check ins, but he would keep his fingers crossed and think positive thoughts for it to happen. We got in at noon and Ryan's positive vibes worked and he was so wonderful and got us an outstanding room! Quarto nº 227 é de bom tamanho com cama confortável. Boa qualidade de sono. Minibar e cafeteira . Faltou apenas um cofre . Banheiro grande e limpo. Funcionários atenciosos. Água , café e chá e cookies na recepção como cortesia."
