"Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene"

Walking in to the condo we were delighted with the modern styling, but we were drawn immediately to the outside patio area overlooking the lake. The views are amazing! "We stayed here April 2024 for our daughter's volleyball tournament at Ithaca College. We were amazed with the amount of essentials that were provided! You really don't need to bring anything except for food and drinks! The place was immaculate inside (pictures don't do it justice either) and check in was a breeze! The views were great even with the rainy weather we happened to have. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"

"This place is absolutely perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. Loved the beautiful views right off the balcony and the ease of getting around the area around the condo too. We were able to safely go for long walks without the concern of traffic. We had access to a private area of the beach too. Would love to come back here again! "This was our first getaway as a couple, and we absolutely enjoyed everything. She truly thought of everything when putting this guest room together. I even decided to purchase the Babor products for myself, at home, after falling in love with them this past weekend!! The bed and bedding is SUPER comfy, towels are great quality, and the warming toilet seat, OMG! Thank you for a wonderful guest room for our stay. We plan to book again in the fall!"

"Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!"

"Property okay but limited in exterior visual appeal. Don’t think looking at property dumpsters from condo is appealing. Overall property appeal and presence was less than expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful, just not too readily available. In condo, there were very limited kitchen supplies. Other VRBO properties I have stayed in had basics in the kitchen: salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. and utensils: whisk, turner, rubber scraper. This property had none of these.....

"Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future."

"The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated...

"Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again."
