"We ate three meals there and all three were less than average. The Halibut was extremely overcooked and cold. When I told my waiter he just apologized and left the table. My husband ask for his Salmon medium and it too was well done and cold. At breakfast I ordered the veggie scramble and the eggs were running cold and had almost no veggies in no it. If this is a sample of the food you get on a Princess Cruise I will stay clear of them."

"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"Cool manager with humor; has excellent information about resourses of Palmer and all atractions and conditions of the roads around related city. Well settled; near; only one block from motel, famous US mark so it is very suitable to stuff with foods and all picnic goods and them visit glaciers; mountains and lakes and spent time with quality! "The TV never worked, internet was very weak and the staff didn’t do anything about it just continued to give excuses. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the toilet handle fell out every time went to flush the toilet. Nobody warned me that this hotel sits right at the landing approach for the airport so planes fly literally 200’ above you as they land. The one positive is that the mattress was very comfortable and the A/C worked. I will not be staying here again!"

"I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!"
