"I stayed in the sister property and 2 couples I was traveling with stayed in this perfect cabin. Whitney, our host greeted us when we arrived and provided great information about the area. She had a binder with property information as well as local eateries, etc. The view from the back deck was spectacular. Cocktails in the evening while enjoying Denali and the mountain range was as good as it gets!!!!!"

"It’s perfect for skiers! Although we didn’t go to ski, we enjoyed the area and the chalet! I wish the weather would’ve cooperated, but we were able to enjoy a relaxing getaway! "

"Family stayed for 5 days and had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies to make our family dinners. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the view immensely."

"Cute house with great views of the surrounding mountains! Inside was clean and well stocked with all listed amenities. Nice washer and dryer. Comfy furniture. Fire pit outside had chairs but the bushes/trees on the property were quite overgrown. "

"We went to the place for our 20th anniversary. The views and the northwest lights were amazing. The A-frame was very well kept and supplies were excellent. I would highly recommend for a mountain getaway. "

"Girdwood is a great location for an Alaska vacation. We spent almost a week here and did so much great stuff in the area. This house was great for our family. Vacasa operates this rental and they're easy to communicate with. I even accidentally locked the key to the house inside and when I called, they gave me the code to a backup key box to get us access almost immediately. There are a bunch of houses clustered together, which isn't ideal, but the neighbors are very friendly. The only negative...

"It's nestled in the forest at the base of the mountain and ski lift. 3 floors and really really Cool. It's a big relief to walk into a property and know that it's clean! We didn't have to re wash dishes or cook ware. If I ever make it back to Girdwood AK, this is where I will stay."

"Loved our stay. Would recommend better mattresses and pillows though. Lots of dishes but need more silverware. Location and overall comfort was great."
