Ski In & 10-15 Walk to the Lifts. Hot Tub. A/C.

This new cedar home’s open concept in the kitchen and dining room and large windows throughout the main floor make it bright and spacious. 7 person private Hot Tub that will greet you at the end of a long day on the slopes. Full basement with fireplace and room for the whole family. A private loft upstairs for some quiet time to read or watch your favourite movie right before bed. Air Conditioning has been added so you can enjoy a comfy sleep during those hot summer nights. Every amenity you could ask for is at your fingertips at this incredible home. Level 2 EV Charger has been added.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 16 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Fantastic Family Holiday

This property is truly made for large groups. Fit our group of 13 very comfortably. Larger sized hot tub, and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and dishes and cutlery too. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking too. Lovely outdoor areas at front and back. Diana was prompt to respond. Would stay here again.

Great for Large Group

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed this property especially the back deck area. Beautifully landscaped. The Fridge stopped working on our second day so we didn’t have a kitchen fridge for 3 days which was very inconvenient. They did drop off a mini fridge and attempted to get it fixed asap but ultimately affected our trip running to the garage for the fridge all week. Also as a hot tub owner, not having the hot tub maintained daily is impossible to keep the water is good condition. Going a whole week without maintenance on daily use is not realistic. Overall I would recommend this place, just a few things that could be improved.

Great Spot in Fernie

A group of us with toddlers rented this house for 3 nights and really enjoyed how large the house was along with all of the amenities in the area. Diana was very accommodating as a host and we would highly recommend staying here. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a great setup in the back yard for a BBQ and enjoying the hot tub. This place isn’t truly ski in ski out as there is a small walk to get to the ski hill but it’s completely doable as our group enjoyed it. Overall if you have a small or large group, this place can accomodate you very comfortably.

Better than the photos!

This place was perfect for our group! Diana the property manager was so quick to respond, accommodating with early check in and late check out and overall great to communicate with. The property has had some upgrades/renovations since the photos were taken and it is WAY nicer and bigger than the photos show! Beautiful bathrooms and a nice modern flat screen TV (versus the tube tv shown in photos) which was nice for us as we wanted to have a movie night after hitting the hills. There is an upstairs and basement entrance, tons of parking, a large hot tub and tons of common room space (living room on each floor). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with almost every kitchen item you could think of including a slow cooker, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, and enough cutlery for an army. It was really nice compared to most rental properties where they give you the bare minimum. Appliances were all very nice and new which was a bonus since we did lots of cooking. Needless to say we were beyond impressed!! The only thing we couldn't find (but maybe it was there) was some kind of tin foil or other wrap for food but other than they had every single kitchen utensil/dish you could ever need. Perfect for large groups.

Amazing place!!

We were amazed at how much space there is at this accommodation. It was super clean; we had all amenities we needed and more for such a large group. There was great communication with owners, and the hot tub was maintained while we were there which was great! The location couldn’t have been better for hiking, mountain biking and getting to town too. We would recommended and rent this place again no question.

Perfect Thanksgiving for 24

Beautiful location and this lovely chalet worked perfectly for a three day family gathering of 24 who planned well and brought/cooked all the food for 8 meals. Supplying our own paper/plastic products for eating, reusable plastic cups for drinking, crockpots, coffee urn etc. saved cleanup time and no worries about adequate rental unit supplies. There were enough coffee mugs, pots, pans, bowls, and large utensils at the unit as accessories. We brought a couple of folding tables and chairs that allowed us to seat everyone on the main level at mealtime. The only minor inconvenience was not having overhead protection from rain while using the outdoor barbecue . Wonderful experience!

Very enjoyable stay in the property

We are a group of 20 (six families with kids) and stayed in the property for 2 nights. The house is very suitable for friends get-together. Nice, clean and well-equipped. All of us enjoyed the stay in the property. The location is perfect, about 2 minutes driving to the Fernie Alpine Resort. Will come back in the winter.

Perfect for a big family!

22 of us stayed together to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The room set up was perfect, hot tub got lots of enjoyment, lots of parking - excellent space! The only small thing is the pictures led us to believe there was a second kitchen which there wasn’t. It would be helpful to have more fridge space for that many people. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit!!
