"Had a great weekend getaway adventure with the whole family as part of the grandsons Christmas gift! Stayed in this beautifulVottqge while visiting the Big Solash Adventure indoor Water Park! Had plenty of room for all of us! We had 8 adults and5 little ranging from 5-7 months enjoyed of stay and the places we went to as well !!the Cooper Cottage was a great Fit for our Getaway Adventure "

"We really enjoyed the property and our stay. Total chill. Over looking the Ohio River and watching barges going through the lock and damn while eating out on the patio was enjoyable. We played dominoes on the deck, cooked, slept like babies and one of the lady enjoyed bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub. One night we to Tell City and dance like crazy to live mucus at Lock and Keel. The fresh sea food is great. Can't wait till next time. "

"Turning off the main road and then the crunch of the rocky road under your tires are the signs you are heading sonewhere unique. This place is out and away from city life but just 25 minutes from an amusement park, close to Payola lake and all it has to offer and little cute towns such as Ferdinand and Jasper. We've stayed here twice now, as it is super clean and cozy for our family. Our grandma enjoys all one floor. Our teens love Koda and friends"

"Very cute, newly remodeled and comfy. Appreciated that there were enough towels and washclothes for 5 adults for 4 nights. Very safe neighborhood. The town was adorable."

"I wouldn't change a thing except to let the guests know main door is around back and the "site" number. The "Beware of dog" sign coming up the drive is a little confusing as it says private property (which it is) however just adding those couple of details would make it perfect! Orher than that it was a beauty location and exactly as described!"
