"Fire alarm in our bedroom ruined our first night’s stay completely. Property manager (Ethan) was very responsive and got us relocated to another apartment for second and third nights.We did not know from description that a very steep stairway was going to make access difficult for us."

"The unit was updated and clean and had a lot of storage. It was a perfect location to walk into town to shop and grab a coffee. There was a wonderful breakfast/lunch restaurant within half a block and great lunch/dinner restaurant within a block. We had a snow storm while we were there and it felt very cozy inside. Would definitely book again. "

"Ultimately, this was a nice poace to stay and would stay here again. Pros- location is amazing, cant get much better. The apartment was cute and the bed was comfortable. Cons- poor communication with management, they provide a number to call and text as well as an email to contract them. "The hummingbird cottage was in the perfect location and was great for a weekend stay. Had a little trouble with air conditioning last night there was getting warmer as night went on and we had not touched the thermostat i fiddled around with the nest thermostat for about 20 mins, it finally came back on. Wished it had a small table and chairs to sit at but i see its a space issue. Overall a nice older cottage . Close to downtown saugatuck and great having parking and being able to walk around...
