Newly built 3-bedroom holiday home with a private pool in Porto Colom, a beautiful natural harbor in southeastern Mallorca, where you can enjoy water sports, swimming at lovely sandy beaches, restaurants, and seaside walks.

This very spacious and bright house is built in a contemporary style with high-quality features. A few steps lead from the street to the entrance hall and the open-plan living room with large glass doors that open onto the covered terrace and pool. Here you can enjoy partial views of the bay of Porto Colom. From the living room, you can access the open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry. From the kitchen, you have access to a side veranda with a table and chairs. Next to this veranda are the barbecue area and the laundry room. The house offers three bedrooms: one with two single beds pushed together and two with double beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
