The living area is spacious and inviting, with a comfortable couch. The adjacent dining area features a dining table where you can enjoy your meals in a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare delicious dishes. It includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both bedrooms are lovingly furnished and offer ample storage space. The modern bathroom features a shower.



The balcony, furnished with a table and lounge, invites you to relax and sunbathe while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea and the communal pool. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony and soak up the warm rays of sunshine. The communal pool offers a refreshing opportunity to cool off and take a refreshing swim.

What to expect:

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, communal+children's swimming pool, open-air parking, 3 fans, TV, tv satellite. In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pan, toaster and kettle are provided.



What is in the villa?

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.



IMPORTANT!

According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
