Binifarda Dor is situated in a privileged area, on a hilltop surrounded by nature, pine trees, and wild olive groves. This area, called Binifarda, is approximately 4 km from Felanitx, where you will find shops, restaurants, and cafes. A lively market takes place every Sunday morning, where you can buy fresh, typical island produce. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or, with its numerous sandy coves, seemingly endless selection of restaurants, and impressive international marina, is about 16 km away. The Vall D'Or Golf course is a 15-minute drive away. The charming fishing port of Porto Colom, with its several sandy beaches and lovely restaurants overlooking the sea, is also a 15-minute drive away.

Binifarda Dor is a magnificent country house built in a typical country style, featuring high ceilings with wooden beams. The spacious house is filled with natural light. The main house contains the kitchen, living and dining area, and two bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are located separately near the pool.

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan area encompassing the kitchen and the living/dining room. The furnishings are in a rustic style. The kitchen features a cooking island and is well-equipped. A large dining table and a comfortable seating area invite you to linger. There is a lovely fireplace between the dining and living areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom with direct access to the outside and a separate shower. A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large corner bathtub. This bedroom can also be accessed from the outside. The other three bedrooms are located separately from the house on a lower level with external access. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The main building has underfloor heating on the ground floor.

There's no better place to enjoy peace and quiet than here. The property is completely surrounded by pine trees. Only birdsong and a gentle breeze can be heard. There's a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Here you'll find a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a portable barbecue is also available. From the terrace, a few steps lead down to the large pool (12 m x 6 m, depth 1 m – 1.50 m – 2.60 m) with built-in steps. The spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy the long summer days. It offers a magnificent panoramic view.

The master bedroom on the first floor and the three separate bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with set and limited usage times.
