Located in Porto Colom in the eastern part of Mallorca this modern house invites 6 guests.
A comfortable terrace can be used for lovely evenings with friends sharing a bottle of wine. A mobile barbecue is available for the case you wish to cook outside.
The living-dining room is open to the kitchen and is decorated in a cheerful and modern style. The television offers Smart-TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a ceramic hob. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, both with double bed, AC, and access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower outside. A cot and high chair are available on request. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The third bedroom, also with a double bed and AC, deserves special attention, not only because it is very spacious but also because the only access is via a curious spiral staircase. As it is a mezzanine, it does not have total privacy. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with shower.
In the surroundings of this beautiful house you will find many dreamlike beaches such as Cala Marsal, Cales de Mallorca, Cala D'Or and Cala Sa Nau. Porto Colom itself is a very romantic town that has been dedicating to fishing for decades. You can still watch the fishermen in the morning going to work. Of course, here you can try fresh fish prepared in thousand ways. In Porto Colom there are supermarkets and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Neighbour villages of Santanyí and Ses Salines are famous for the production of Sal D'Es Trenc.
