"We were very impressed with the beekeeper’s cottage. It was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, and had just about everything we needed. We got in late at night after a concert and were able to park in our designated spot and get to the cottage easily. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note, a bottle of wine, honey products, some candies, and coupons for local shops. We spent most of our days out on the town and didn’t get to meet our hosts but we could tell just how much thought and love...

"This 1912 cottage was very comfortable to stay in. It was perfect for relaxing and reading. Excellent bed, well-equipped kitchen, and updated bathroom all with good quality linens. Near California Street, which is chock-full of great places to eat and shop. Only saw Joe, Laura, and Nala once, but they are nice people and dog. "

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"We enjoyed going down to the beach and hiding from the rain drops under the willow tree ( in a hammock) ..walked to the lighthouse and enjoyed the park like setting of the estate. Felt like I was in a Pacific Northwest version of a Jane Austin novel . "

"This property was all "the things". Secluded in wooded area, but close to town. Decorated beautifully. Comfortable bed. Beautiful hot tub area. I didn't want to leave!"
