• Three comfortable bedrooms. Primary Bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and fresh linens, while the other are full-sized.

• Two full bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels

WORKSPACE:

• Dedicated office area with a large L-shaped desk, perfect for remote work

OUTDOOR SPACE:

• Large, private, and fully fenced backyard

• Patio area for enjoying the fresh air

PARKING:

• Attached single-car garage for secure parking

Please note the driveway is uneven due to the tree roots and is steep!



Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard and single-car

garage. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets which are not accessible.



Check-in is simple and contactless via a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code and

detailed instructions prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy start to your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban charm with urban proximity--Located in the Farmington neighborhood. This neighborhood is family-oriented and peaceful, making it ideal for travelers seeking comfortable, low key settings for families.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Good Middling Drive making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• DAMAGE PROTECTION: We partner with Know Your Guest for guest verification. You will have the

option to purchase a $35 non-refundable damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage,

or provide a $500 refundable security deposit (which includes a $15 processing fee).

• POTENTIAL FEES: Please be aware of potential fees for policy violations, including a $250 smoking

fee, a $25 lockout fee, and an additional cleaning fee of $120-$350 if the home is left in an excessively

messy condition.

• CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: Before you leave, please hand wash used dishes or start the dishwasher,

place all used towels in one bathroom or start a load in the washer, and take all trash to the outdoor

receptacle.

• POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Due to our proximity to the local military base, you may occasionally hear

aircraft or other loud noises.

• ACCESSIBILITY: This home is a single-level property but is not wheelchair accessible.

• SAFETY: We recommend constant supervision of pets and children in the home and yard.

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
