Centrally located in the heart of Fayetteville, The Chill Out is within fifteen minutes or less to the beautiful downtown Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, popular local restaurants, venues, attractions, and more!
Has a large sleeping capacity to accommodate your large group or family including two King beds, a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, and living areas.
Come and also enjoy this relaxing outdoor space with fire pit and grill in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Hot tub is seasonal.
Comfortably sleep 12 guests in the 4 provided bedrooms, including one king in bedroom one, one king bed in bedroom two, a bunk bed with a twin and a full in bedroom 3, and a bunk bed with a twin and a full in bedroom four. Downstairs flat screen TV’s and pool table made for entertaining.
Additionally, you can enjoy the outdoor seating area, and fire pit while enjoying the large backyard.
Guests have excess to everything in the property including 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, front yard, driveway, backyard, fire pit, deck, grill.
Up to 6 cars allowed at property (parked in driveway).
I am available for communication before, during, and after your booking. Response time depends on the time of day but is within a few hours.
Enjoy peace & space in a small quiet neighborhood, while still within a reasonable driving distance to Fort Bragg, Womack, Pope, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, and other local attractions.
The driveway can fit up to six vehicles depending on size.
Parking at this property is limited to no more than 6 cars that must fit in the driveway. If there are more vehicles, I recommend carpooling.

Eating is not permitted in bedrooms. Please eat in kitchen and dinette areas only. Food waste and crumbs found in all other areas of the house will inquire a fee.
Please do not unplug or rearrange TV and other electronic devices and cords, furniture, chairs, and decor.
Please do not move trash cans from front of the house. Leave at curb.
