Inside, enjoy amenities for 9 guests in our 4-bed, 2.5 bath home tucked away into the Ozark Mountains.

Our back yard is where all the fun is! Your crew is sure to send hours outside enjoying a game of volleyball, relaxing in the hot tub, or just enjoying the views.



Our living room is complete with high ceilings, large windows, comfy seating and a large Smart TV. Or choose to curl up in the screened in porch! Our open concept kitchen has everything you'll need! Upstairs is our home theater and game room this is the perfect spot to watch all your favorites!



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose between one of our four bedrooms:

(1) Our primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and an attached full bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom has a Full bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom.

(4) The fourth bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk bed, closet, and a shared attached bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
