At home, enjoy the comfort and privacy of our 3 bed/2 bath house with accommodations for up to 8 guests. Our home has two living areas, plenty of seating, and is dog friendly so don't forget your furry friend at home!

Upon entering our home, you will be welcomed into our living area. This space features plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a dining table for 6. Past the kitchen, there is additional space for your crew with more seating, another large Smart TV, and a bar cart! In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked good, or just a great cup of coffee.



Our backyard is the perfect place to kick back with your group! Sit around the fire or grill and enjoy your meal outside.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four options:

1) Our first bedroom has a King-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

2) Our second bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

3) Our third bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

4) There is also a Queen-size pull-out bed in the living room.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.



Getting Around:

Located right by the college campus! Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules Strictly Enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
