While you're here enjoy our large, cozy living room with 75-inch TV, a fully stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, and sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests! Welcome to your home away from home.



Upon entering our home, you'll find yourself in the entry area and first bedroom of our house. This sitting room area features a Full-size day bed with a Twin trundle beneath and sliding curtains hung from the ceiling for privacy. It's also home to a cozy lounge chair and massive window looking out over the front yard. Just past this area, find our kitchen and dining. Our home is brand new & host to all new appliances. It's fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, cooking supplies, and plenty of built-in storage. Sit at our 4-person bar top and entertain the cook or gather 'round our 6-top dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games. 



Just past the kitchen is our living room, which is our favorite part of the house! Not only do we love how bright and inviting this space is, but we love the openness of the floor plan. Curl up on our modern, over-sized gray sectional to read a good book or stream a movie on our 75-inch TCL Roku TV.



At the end of the day, choose from one of our 6 luxury beds.

(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, Full fold-out bed, light blocking curtains, closet, dresser, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and en suite bath.

(2) Our first private Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath.

(3) Our second private Queen bedroom has a closet, dresser and nearby bath.

(4) Our Full-size bed with a Twin trundle beneath can be found in the front sitting room.



Out back, you'll find our fully fenced-in backyard as well as cute seating for your enjoyment.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
