"This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were."

"breakfast was great. the coffee was good. and the French toast with fresh strawberries was great, bed was comfortable and then room was good. however touch up the paint in the bathroom on the bottom of the door and you would have full 5 stars from me. thanks for a great stay."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"This wasn't the worst stay I've had, but far from the best experience. The lobby area had coffee and decaf when I checked in but it was cold and not fresh, which was a bit disappointing since the rooms did not have any kind of coffee. The check in process was quick and the staff member was friendly, but wasn't at the desk when I arrived and had nothing to clearly identify her as being a staff member.
