"Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around."

"Amazing time!"

"Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend."

"A única coisa que me incomodou foi ter que tomar banho em 5 minutos, pois depois a água esfria e tem que esperar 10 minutos para a outra pessoa entrar. O resto foi tudo bem, Hotel limpo, bem localizado e equipe muito prestativa."

"Beautiful clean hotel located close to everything in Sapa. Nice breakfast each morning, great value for money. Good "

"Near to Stone church(city Central) at walkable distance. Rooms are good. Free delicious breakfast everyday."

"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show."

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful."

"Simplesmente espetacular ! A decoração incrível, atendimento excelente, café da manhã e jantar ótimos Localização perfeita "

"Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored"

"Personnel désagréable, à peine bonjour, on a vraiment l'impression de les deranger. Environnement tres sale. Hôtel cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. "

"Vista do apartamento era incrível, café da manhã muito bom. A equipe da recepção foi muito razoável e pronta para ajudar"

"Great location in center of sa pa. Rooms of good size and very well laid out. Staff could not do more to help us. Breakfast mainly Asian but western options exist. Great setting for breakfast overlooking the mountains"
