"As instalações são ótimas e a equipe de funcionários não poderia ser mais atenciosa. O café da manhã, contudo, é apenas razoável, considerando o padrão do hotel"

"It’s a mess! Check in: there are some sort of agents so the ladies at the check in desk know nothing . Breakfast: I paid separately 19 usd and I still had to pay more extra at the restaurant. It doesn’t cover a sandwich and a juice And if you complaint at the restaurant they also don’t know as it should be the “agent” Breakfast is not buffet so expect half an hour to have what you ordered The rooms are just normal I would not recommend. Communication is really bad"

"Fast Wi-Fi, a great location near our wedding venues, and quiet hallways made for a restful stay. The spacious, cozy room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff kept everything neat, and restaurants and sights were within walking distance. I’ll definitely return for work or leisure."

"Alguns dosctrabalhadores da recepcao sao corruptos e tentam cobrar mais despesas do que as efectivamente realizadas. Ao trocar dinheiro inclusive fui enganada em quase o dobro da mieda local. Tirando isso bom hotel, agua da piscina muito suja e sem cuidados de higiene."

"Hotel com muita segurança e pessoal muito solícito e atencioso. "

"Serviço excelente, quarto limpo, café da manha internacional e impecavel."

"The service was good especially security. Place is clean and I look forward to staying there again on my next visit"

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a little run down from it's former glory...but the staff are genuinely welcoming. From the first contact to the last. Pool is nice. Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent."

"You end up staying in a residential building. Keep in mind this is not a hotel. Late checkout is not available and there’s no place to store your luggage. Forget about bathroom amenities and the check in process was long to say the least. The location is ok, close to the airport. I wouldn’t stay again. "

"with shuttle to and from airport. convenient for short stays. "

"Best place to stay . My 5th time staying there . Staff everything is on point"

"The hotel is a little bit far from downtown but is comfortable and have a good price"

"A estadia foi excelente. Passei apenas uma noite, pois estava em trânsito para Kigali."
