Terrible stay, the whole stay felt like a scam. I booked stay for my husband and request early check in for half of day rate because his arrival at 5am, then was charged for original full price, I have to send my receipts to show host what my rate was, eventually, he agreed on my rate, however, he marked my booking is "no breakfast", the reason is the rate I got, and I took screen shot of his posting "free buffet breakfast for all the rooms", he blamed expedia. I paid through expeida" with package booking, therefore, the rate is low, but denying breakfast and dishonoring services due to the low rate is not acceptable. After a few hours conversation with expedia and host, they add "bed and breakfast", I asked about it, host said "free breakfast". "buffet breakfast" was served only one morning with very limited items and was told "not to refill the plate and have to share with other guests", by that time, we realized what "bed and breakfast" means "not to refill". My husband breakfast portion was served less and less each day, and was told he has to pay if want more.
Furthermore, numerous power blackouts during the day, my husband laptop was about damage and lost his work too. Elevator is not working, there is no air-conditioning in the hallway or lobby, it was steam hot!
I get it "that was what paid for", the worse one was "you did not get what you paid for with all the humiliation and frustration. Definitely not returning and strongly recommend to avoid this place.
