"Room were pretty run down, and the entire hotel was extremely hot, and it was pouring rain outside. Lots of signs of water damage, stains on the ceiling and walls. I typically book with Holiday Inn express and like it but this one was not as expected. "

Parking was a little fun at times for where our room was located as delivery trucks blocked our parking space for a period of time, but not a real problem. It would have been nice to have received a paper copy of the layout of the building to locate the best and easiest route to your destination within the building which would have been helpful. The only problem was when room was cleaned they did not always restock the coffee...

"Room: dated / mattress had springs sticking out of side. Could have easily cut ourselves. Carpet on balcony SO stained & ripped. So many updates would make tge rooms / swim area more appealing. Sad to see it has never seen much maintenace done to the hotel over the years."
