"The room was dirty. They’ve attempted to update the rooms, but the baseboards were full of dirt and hair. The chair was stain covered. It was really gross!!! The hallways had large bags of stinky trash for the 24 hours we were there. Mud in the hallways everywhere. The pool was full of yelling and screaming well past 11pm despite complaining to the from desk. Avoid it and it will go away seems to be the standard at this hotel."

"In the booking it said restaurant on site, it did not say Indian restaurant, we do not like Indian food, had to go to another restaurant. The breakfast might as well be call a continental breakfast, it was not that good."

The room was absolutely disgusting, very dirty, a horrible smell of pee, what looked like dried blood on the curtain and walls, mold in the bathroom and A/C unit. Staff did not seem to show any corncern when I came to complain. My family and another family staying in the room beside us both asked for refunds and to leave because of the state of the rooms and facility."

"The staff were fantastic but this hotel is very outdated and very overpriced for what it is. The air conditioner in our room did not work at all and it was so hot, we could not sleep. Our room had new flooring but aside from that, the room and the rest of the hotel needs a serious update. The breakfast was ok...not a reflection of the staff, as they were fantastic but it was nothing special. Would not stay here again at that price."
