"My husband and I and another couple have stayed for two nights at this BnB shortly before Christmas. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Amanda is a very nice host and even though she doesn't mind giving you excellent recommendations, she will also give you space and privacy to enjoy a quiet time. Bedrooms were exactly as listed, incredibly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and rich and we certainly gained some extra pounds. The neighborhood is perfect, literally a minute walk...

"This is what a B&B should be! Our room, with attached bathroom was a little small but more than adequate and very well appointed with table and chairs to allow breakfast to be served in the room. The breakfasts were outstanding with a wide choice including gluten free options. In addition there was real ground coffee, tea, milk, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, chocolates and other snacks in the room. "Great place and a great location. This was a great location for visiting the falls. The park and ride for the bus is only 3 minutes away which made navigating the crowds of Niagara Falls easier and it was nice to escape to our own place at the end of the day instead of the touristy area. The place was a described and our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The pool isn't heated but the kids still enjoyed it and the hottub. Overall great experience."
