"My wife and I loved this place. It was very charming and the staff were great. The food was excellent as we had dinner and breakfast. We had the small plates for dinner because the restaurant was booked full but our small plate dishes were excellent. Quite frankly I would have the small plates for dinner rather than a full dinner. I would definitely go back to this place and recommend to friends traveling to Scotland"

"Cheap attic room. Unfortunately TV in neighbouring room boomed all night . We phoned the assistance number and the parson who answered said she would sort it out (she was off site). Nothing was done all night . We and other guests tried to get someone in room to respond by banging loudly at 4am. We assumed either dead or heavily intoxicated . We asked staff in morning and they said no one was in that room and cleaner must have left TV on. All pretty crap, no sleep and no apology . Sad that a...

"Our room was exceptionally clean and attractive. The modern bathroom had both a bath and walk in shower. The dinners were excellent and used local produce. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Staff were friendly and very attentive."

The bathrrom was small and not very well designed, so you can not use the toilet and have the door open at...

"O hotel é antigo o acesso aos quartos são péssimos. Os corredores possuem várias portas o que prejudica o conforto de quem está querendo descansar, pois é porta batendo a madrugada inteira. Não havia elevador, tivemos que subir escadas com nossas malas. O estacionamento é pequeno e apertado. O atendimento no check e checkout é bom, mas do café da manhã é muito ruim."
