"Beautiful upstairs, seperated, private room with a balcony and plenty of privacy. Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town"

The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. "Comfortable lodging, well maintained. Easy access with keypad. Minimal "rules". Well stocked with essentials, e.g. towels, pillows, etc. One suggestion: Steps to primary entrance really need a hand rail."

"We had a perfect pre-/off-season stay with plenty of sleeping space. The location is fantastic—right between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown—making it easy to bike to both, plus there’s a beach across the street. The WiFi wasn’t working when we first arrived, but the owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to fix it quickly. We’ll definitely be back!"
