"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"We were very pleased upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The check in was easy. Loved how spacious the layout of the home is and the downstairs was perfect for my in-laws. The couches were very comfortable & the backyard was very nice, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed being out there most of the time. Nice comfortable patio furniture and fire place. It was a bonus being able to bring our two dogs who absolutely loved their vacation playing in the fenced in area....

"This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!"

"Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) "
