"Stunning views, small house, basic equipment but enough. Cleanliness could have been better, as well as the quality of the available beds. However this didn't interfere with a sence of absolute pleasure that you get from the lovely small house and it's stunning surroundings. Beach very nearby, less than a minute walk. Contact with owner very pleasant, quick to respond and very forthcoming. We would definitely go again! "

"Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!"

"This was the perfect house for our family of five to rent for a long weekend while we attended family 50th anniversary events in Newport! Nicely decorated, clean and located on the water! The host thought of everything..,fridge was full of beverages and snacks! Would definitely rent again!"

"Everything about this adorable cottage is perfect! It is obvious that the hosts put so much thought and intention into every detail! From the design of the space to the well stocked kitchen to the linens to the guest house book, every detail creates a cozy welcome you are sure to appreciate! Kellie was very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend taking a harbor cruise which she will help to organize! "

"The cottage was centrally located with a short walk to town. We rented EBikes and were able to experience Oak Bluffs and Edgartown - we had an amazing trip and really enjoyed our accommodations. Jessica and Mike were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!"
