"Most of the hotel was as you would expect from a Fairfield. However, a used bar of soap was left in the shower and it was nearly impossible to turn on the shower without getting soaked."

"I booked our stay through Expedia but was also able to connect it to my Hilton account & app. So being able to use the keyless entry on my phone was nice. By checking in on my phone I was able to pick what room I wanted. The room was nice and clean. The front desk offered us their cookies, which were warm and delicious. The front desk staff was very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again."

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have...

"The first room had a broken lock on the door. The second room didn’t have a working microwave or fridge. The pool was said to be warmed but was freezing cold and we couldn’t use the hot tub. The towels by the pool was dirty and there were used band aids by the pool"

"Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street."

"A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. The coffee was good. Although signage indicated ice on my floor there was none. No coffee in the room. Door was sketchy. Obviously an...

"Clean rooms nice staff"

"The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. "

"The room was basic, clean and met minimal needs. However, on both nights we stayed there, we received unrequested wake-up calls at 4:50 am. Since no one covers the desk between 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, there was no one to call about the issue. Not to mention whoever did request wake up calls at that time did not receive them. On the second day we were there, we returned to the room to find one bed had been made up but the other one was not. Plus we found a bottle cap to a can of Coors Light beer...

"Bugs!!!! Cockroaches crawling everywhere. Huge spiders crawling around and under the bed covers and I am still covered in swollen pus-filled itchy bites from other unknown bugs, Horrendous experience."
