"The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking.
The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely.
The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival.
We would stay here again in the future 😁

"This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! "A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel. The lady on reception obviously loves her job, she was so friendly and helpful. McDonald's is next door for food. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a message to management, give that receptionist a pay rise!"
"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

"Pleasant, friendly & polite staff, always happy to help. Easy hotel to negotiate to rooms and public areas. Quiet room with little noise from fellow residents. AC worked well and was quiet. Plenty of hot water at peak times. plenty of parking and decent sized bays. Meals were presented as advertised and well cooked with adequate portions by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The grounds of the hotel need attention, Although there are plenty of ash bins that were emptied regularly and the area...
"Came here for a wedding. Lovely statley home venue in the middle of a massive sports training campus. Every single member of staff I met was fantastic - they were so happy and really make this place. The grounds are well kept and gym was well equipped.
Amazing breakfast too, in amoung all the sports teams training here."
